Increased globalization has strengthened the ties between nations. That's good in years of plenty. But when bad times hit, international ties can drag countries down -- and make it harder to bounce back. Michael Robinson goes to Eastern Europe to see how America's economic crisis has echoed around the world, and to examine efforts to reverse the downturn.
