Most popular coffees in the world are made from arabica beans. The world's other popular coffee bean is called robusta. As its name implies, robusta is a hardier bean. It also packs twice as much caffeine as arabica. Robusta is commonly used in instant coffees. The world's leading producer of robusta beans is Vietnam. Roz Bluett opens the lid on the story of Vietnam's meteoric rise in the global coffee business.

The world's largest exporter of farmed shrimp is Thailand. But the industry there has been criticized for its lack of environmental awareness. Roz Bluett explores how Thailand is trying to make its shrimp business more sustainable and looks at the environmental challenges that still remain.
